Subscription and Payment Information When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. VoxTrade does not store your full payment card details. We retain records of your subscription tier, billing history, and any promotional codes applied to your account. Usage Data We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features accessed, search queries, watchlist activity, and interaction with alerts and notifications. Device Information We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers, to provide and improve the Service. Notification Preferences If you opt in to push notifications (available on Standard and Pro plans), we collect and store your notification preferences and delivery status. AI Chatbot Interactions If you use the VoxAI chatbot (available on Pro plans), your queries and the responses generated may be logged for quality assurance, safety monitoring, and service improvement purposes. Communications If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we retain those communications to assist you and improve our support processes. 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the information we collect to: Create and manage your account Process and manage your subscription Deliver the features and functionality of the Service Send push notifications and alerts based on your preferences Improve and personalize your experience Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service Communicate with you about your account, updates, and service changes Send product newsletters or marketing communications (you may opt out at any time) Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity Comply with legal obligations 3. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS If you opt in to push notifications, you can manage or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings or within the VoxTrade app. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to other features. 6. VoxTrade is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third parties you interact with. 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. 8.
